HONEYBOURNE SESSION
Meet at 18.30pm Leisure at Cheltenham Carpark for activation and then warm up jog/strides.
Session starts at 19.05pm
Group 1: 3x1km T [2min walk], 10x20s fast [40s float], 2x1km fast [1min walk]- 3min jog/regroup between sets.
Group 2: 2x1km T [ 2min walk], 10x20s fast [40s float], 2x1km T [2min walk]- 3min jog/regroup between sets
